How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
At dearscarlett, every set is handcrafted and made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days from the date of the order being placed. Please note, this can take longer during sale periods and festive seasons. Please contact our customer service team should you have more questions on delivery timings.
International orders normally arrive within 2-3 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. As much as we would like to, we unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

Please note, shipping times are intended to be indicative only. Dearscarlett is unable to bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, shipping times, payment approval and other such matters.
Restricted Zones
Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, camps, hotel addresses of any kind at the time of writing.
Can I amend my shipping information?
We are unable to amend your shipping information once your order has been placed, but we’ll try our best to help.
We may not be able to retrieve or reroute your order if your order has already been delivered by the time we relay your request. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments.
Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

Can i return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide any returns and/or exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly review your order and choose your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase. Your understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated. We value the trust you place in us, and we prioritize your hygiene and safety above all.

Dearscarlett has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides measurements for each press-on nails.
